DUAL has announced the launch this December, turntable model CS-529. As the name suggests, the new device will be based on the mechanics and technical solutions known from the highly regarded CS-518 model. So we find a solidly made plinth, available in the CS-529 model in a natural walnut veneer finish, as well as an arm suspended on a gimbal joint, which uses four ball bearings, Ortofon 2M RED cartridge. But that's not all we get in the latest DUAL turntable. In addition to full automation (start/stop) activated by a button located on the plinth, we can control the turntable from an application running on Bluetooth. In addition, thanks to wireless transmission, we can listen to music played on the turntable using Bluetooth headphones. The DUAL CS-529 is the first turntable in the world to provide such capabilities. The current recommended retail price is, depending on the finish: 4799.00 for black and 5299.00 for walnut veneer.
